Ma roue a salade

salut, je vais vous présenter ma roue a salade, le principe est de reprendre ce qui ce fais dans l’industrie, mais a notre échelle:
– il y a 64 trous de plantation donc je peux faire pousser 64 plante sur une surface de 1,20m par 0,60m.
– la roue tourne 24h sur 24h
– elle fait un tour complet en 30mn
– les pots trempent dans la solution lorsqu’ils arrivent en bas
– il y a un bac annexe qui contient 50l de soupe et qui alimente le fond de la roue toutes les demi-heures
– la solution retourne dans le bac par un trop plein.

Quel travail, le rendu est magnifique ! Felicitation c est trop beau.
C est plus un garage c est une usine que tu as 😉
Comment tu geres la rotation et tes plants de salade au depart ?

merci 🙂
c’est mon atelier a mon taf, j’ai plus de place pour bricoler lol…
la rotation est gerer par un petit moteur qui est est reglable de 3V a 14v et des pignons, il a fallut faire un peut de math pour trouver la démultiplication correct pour avoir la bonne vitesse de rotation, a 3V la roue fait le tour en 45mn, a 14V en moins de 10mn.

merci, mais franchement c’est pas difficile a faire, j’ai mis deux mois environ a raison d’une demi heure, voir une heure tous les soir en semaine. 😉
